Orders are shipped for receipt within 3-5 business days from purchase date. 

 

Returns, refunds and exchnages

All sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of our products, unfortunately, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

You will be asked to share an appropriate photo in natural light to aid in the process.

Once you have made your selections and an order has been placed. you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of the order. Unless the order is cancelled, the contract will ne complete when confirm goods have been dispatched. The sales contract is the concluded.
